I changed the eclipse startup params to run with a 32 bits JVM and it works now.ĭoes anybody have a link to eclipse for 圆4 windows server 2003 SP2? I’m hopelessly stuck on 3.2.1, because I’m trying to get maven support working with IAM (or Q4E)? The one I have downloaded was:Įclipse-3.5M7-x86_64, but it cannot seem to be able to update itself via the update add site dialog.

Just to say thanks for the info, and got this working on Windows 7 圆4 RC1 with 64 bit JDK 1.6.Ĭhris – how did you get this to work? I have the 64 bit JDK 1.6 and when I tried running eclipse it gave me a status error of -1, which doesn’t tell me how to fix it. I’m using 64-bit Vista with two different Intel chips: dual Xeon quad core workstation and a single Core Duo in a notebook.

I’m using “Windows (x86_64) (Supported Versions)”, which is the name of a download once you select a version from the page linked in the main blog entry. Sorry, the link seems broken… But try to search java6u14 64 bits… I have this version and i had downloaded from this link above… I so sorry but I can’t help. Hello, I was in the same doubt, but I find java6u4 amd64… Well… it works in my laptop (Intel Core Duo with Windows 7 圆4 release 7100). Whick Eclipse should I download (URL link)?

If you search for on Google, Yahoo, or MSN, only MSN has anything close to a helpful answer in the first 10 hits. If you search for on their site, you get old bboard questions without answers. Which doesn’t have links to 64-bit versions of Eclipse for Windows.
